RICHMOND, Va. — Five people today were being shot around a Richmond restaurant on Saturday evening.
Police were being termed to the 2200 block of Wide Rock Boulevard, in close proximity to The Pitts BBQ, at about 11:24 p.m. to reply to the capturing.
“Two grownup males had been transported to a neighborhood hospital with everyday living-threatening injuries, two have been transported to a community medical center with non-lifetime threatening accidents, and one particular male was treated on scene and was not transported to a clinic,” a Richmond Law enforcement spokesperson wrote in an e-mail.
Even though Richmond Police did not particularly identify the cafe, Richmond Metropolis Councilwoman Reva Trammell, who signifies the 8th District the shooting happened, did.
“I’m over below at the Pitts on Wide Rock Boulevard where people have been shot,” Trammell posted on social media. “I want to thank the citizens who contacted me telling me to get more than right here. It is so terrible! They listened to the gunshots, people today screaming, and working toward the avenue.”
Richmond Law enforcement have not announced any arrests, named suspects, nor a motive for this shooting.
