At last year’s Food & Wine Classic in Aspen—the first in-person Classic since 2019—Martha Stewart demonstrated how to make the perfect fruit desserts, Alba Huerta led a tasting of whiskeys, Claudette Zepeda broke down her viral birria recipe, and Carla Hall shared all of her flaky biscuit secrets.
A portion of ticket sales for the 2022 Classic will be donated to the Southern Smoke Foundation, a national emergency relief fund that supports workers in the food and beverage industry in crisis, and No Kid Hungry, the only national campaign committed to ending childhood hunger in the U.S.
