Do you miss the Dean & Deluca era of Charlotte’s Phillips Place? Well, grab a cute hat, your wallet, purse and keys — if it’s been a while, it’s time to re-explore the luxe open air shopping center around the corner from SouthPark Mall.
Summer 2020 brought us the new and stunning RH Charlotte, with its rooftop restaurant and lavish room galleries. If you haven’t meandered through the showrooms, pretending to be walking the halls of your own mansion on your way up the grand double floating staircase to the roof, well — it’s time to add it to your list of Charlotte things to do. Oct. 2020 brought even more additions, including Southern Pecan Gulf Kitchen, with more retailers following including the new Ladies of Lineage location in 2021.
That was just the beginning of the shopping center’s updates: Fast forward with us to 2022, where Phillips Place has been busy creating new dining and shopping options: We are all already anxiously awaiting Bonterra’s new home near The Palm. Later this year, Mediterranean restaurant Limani will move into the former Upstream space. If you’re into designer shoes and resort wear, new retailers Marmi (open now) and Peter Millar (coming soon) are worth the stop.
Here’s your 2022 guide to Phillips Place, including details about the new drops:
